This beautiful 300 year old house in located in the small sunny town La Punt Chamues-ch. Only 15 minutes away from St.Moritz and it`s skiresort and 5 kilometres from the private airport in Samedan. Many activities are offered, cross-country ski trails, nordic walking tours, snowshoe and ski tour routes. This luxurious Chesa is one of many richly adorned and grand patrician houses from the 16th and 17th century in La Punt Chamues-ch. Walking through the front door into the welcoming entrance hall one gets a glimpse of a relaxation and dining area. The lounge as well as all the other rooms are offers furnishings and fabrics in warm earthy colors. The kitchen is a beautiful mix of the original Engadi- ner Stübli and all the modern amenities.

In total five bedrooms offer space for twelve guests. The first floor offers the master bedroom with en-su- ite bathroom, an original Engadin double bedroom, which has been adapted to modern standards, as well as a third bedroom with two bunkbeds, that sleeps four children. There is a separate bathroom for these two bedrooms. Another two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor.

On the lowest level of the Chesa there is a wellness, ski-room, wine cellar, home cinema and laundry room spread over 250 squaremetres. After skiing or hiking one can enjoy the Sainte Claire sauna, hammam and shower or be entertained by the high end home cinema. Location Situated in La Punt Chamues-ch, a picturesque village strategically located at the sun-drenched foot of the Albula Pass, on the shore of the Inn River, this house is within easy reach of two ski areas: a ten minute drive to St. Moritz; a five minute drive to the Zuoz Family Ski area. Children love the family friendly resort because of the Müsella children’s ski lift and the nearby play- ground. The apartment is close to the train station, the bus stop is just across the street, restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance.
