THE BOROUGH OF EASTLEIGH (CHANDLER’S FORD AND HILTINGBURY) (AMENDMENT NO 6) ORDER 2020
The Council of the Borough of Eastleigh (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) pursuant to arrangements made with the Hampshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act hereby makes the following Order:-
Commencement and Citation
1. This Order shall come into operation on XXXXXX and may be cited as “The Borough of Eastleigh (Chandler’s Ford and Hiltingbury) (Amendment No 6) Order 2020”.
2. Except where otherwise stated, any reference in this Order to a numbered Article or Schedule is a reference to the Article or Schedule bearing that number in this Order.
3. Any reference in this Order to any enactment shall be construed as a reference to that enactment as amended by any subsequent enactment.
4. In this Order the Principal Order means The Borough of Eastleigh (Chandler’s Ford and Hiltingbury) Consolidation Order 2016, as amended.
Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting
5. The contents of Schedule 1 shall be added to Schedule 1 to the Principal Order.
6. The contents of Schedule 2 shall be added to Schedule 6 to the Principle Order
