THE BOROUGH OF EASTLEIGH (HEDGE END, WEST END, & BOTLEY) (AMENDMENT NO. 6) ORDER 2019 The Council of the Borough of Eastleigh (hereinafter referred to as "the Council") pursuant to arrangements made with the Hampshire County Council in exercise of the powers of the said County Council under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act hereby makes the following Order:-

Commencement and Citation

1. The Borough of Eastleigh (Hedge End, West End, & Botley) (Amendment No. 5) Order 2018 shall be revoked 2. This Order shall come into operation on XXXXXX and may be cited as the “The Borough of Eastleigh (Hedge End, West End & Botley) (Amendment No. 6) Order 2019.’’

Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting 3. In this Order the Principal Order means The Borough of Eastleigh (Hedge End, West End & Botley) Consolidation Order 2016. 4. The Principal Order is hereby amended as follows: (a) In the First Schedule (No Waiting at Any Time) item number 213 (relating to Itchen Valley Country Park access road) there shall be inserted:

213a. Ivy Lane, Both From the junction of Ivy Lane and Swaythling Road West End south west for a distance of 19 metres.

(b) In the First Schedule (No Waiting at Any Time) item number 363 (relating to Rosemount Court) there shall be inserted:

363a. Rosemount West From a point at the junction of Rosemount Court and Court, West Swaythling Road on the west side of the junction in a End northerly direction for a distance of 5 metres.

(c) In the First Schedule (No Waiting at Any Time) item number 363a (relating to Rosemount Court) there shall be inserted:

363b. Rosemount West From a point at the western side of the access into Court, West Rosemount Court in an easterly direction for a End distance of 8.5 metres.

(d) In the First Schedule (No Waiting at Any Time) item number 362 (relating to Rosemount Court) there shall be amended from:

362. Rosemount South From its junction with Swaythling Road in a south- Court, West West easterly direction for its entire length including the End turning head. To: From its junction with Swaythling Road in a south- easterly direction for its entire length and then north for a distance of 2.5 metres.
