:Heavy rains’ Impacts in Department of and Nord (update of 15 november 2012)

Heavy rains between 8 and 9 November 2012 resulted in flooding Government and several humanitarian partners are on the field for assessment and for the first areas in 4 department Nippes, Nord, Nord- and Nord-Est. assistance/response to population in affected departments. The most affected departments are the Nippes and the Nord.

NEEDS Distribution (for more than 3,000 families): - Dry food rations, - hygiene kits, - kitchen sets, - tarpaulins, - school kits, - water, inputs for water treatment.
