Ledbury Town Town Council confirmed that they will be having a meeting on 7th January and had also requested patronage figures council from DRM but no success. Figures received by HC on 6th January and circulated immediately.

October – provided John Tallis with patronage figures for May, June and July and confirmed current contract cost £17,680. 476 Further clarification requested and provided numbers getting on the bus at Tarrington and alighting at Tarrington for September. Anne Bush also asked for patronage figures which have now been provided, together with the subsidy per Tarrington passenger.

Cllr Harvey requested patronage figures, which have been supplied, and some clarification as to how costs would be split between parishes. Patronage figures are quite low with the average numbers for the journey from to Ledbury Cllr Harvey being 5 people on the bus, subsidy of over £10.

Humber, Ford & Stoke Have already informed HC at a meeting in autumn 2015 that they consider this service not to be viable and that car clubs Prior and lift-sharing would be a sensible alternative. They have asked for details on car clubs and lift sharing.

Cllr Lerego confirmed that the Council meeting is on 11th January and asked for patronage figures which will be supplied as soon as received.

Ross Town Council Caroline Bennett from Ross Town Council has been provided with a timetable of the affected buses.

Cllr Mayo asked for further details of the bus services in question. Has been sent details of each timetable affected and confirmed that Ross town bus would revert to two hourly and the evening service to and from Hereford would cease. Cllr Mayo Confirmed that patronage figures were being sought and would be provided as soon as received.

Luston Group Clerk to Orleton is also Clerk at Luston, Richards Castle () and Richards Castle (Shropshire) and confirmed that Orleton all groups support the continuation of the 490 and that Richards Castle (Herefordshire) has earmarked funds to support the Richard's Castle service. HC to get back with costs for this, together with confirmation that the service will be re-tendered in September. Hereford

Paul Beedon of the 490 Bus Support Group responded via Group and offered a number of alternative ideas to ensure Yarpole Group that transport can still be provided. 490 Town Clerk has been provided with details of the timetable and patronage figures. Indicated that they were interested in Ludlow Town supporting the route in principal but needs further details, and would like to have match funding from Shropshire County Council Council.

Cllr Bowen has spoken to members of the Passenger Transport Team about the importance of this service, and has been in Cllr Bowen touch with the Parishes affected.

Shropshire County Has indicated that they will not be funding this service. Council
