Wednesdays - £17.50 for 7 weeks 0 Board Games (Pixie, Unicorn, Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 0 Lego (Pixie, Unicorn, Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 0 Football (Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 0 Zumba (Pixie, Unicorn, Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix)

Thursdays - £17.50 for 7 weeks 0 Film Club (Pixie, Unicorn, Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 0 Homework (Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) No charge 0 MMA Club (Mixed Martial Arts) (Unicorn, Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 0 Outdoor Drawing (Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix)

Clubs will run for 7 weeks from Tuesday 4th June 2019 to Thursday 18th July 2019. To make the administration process easier, and for the benefit of all children, we request that you choose the club(s) that your child would like to attend and then make a payment to the office for all 7 weeks, as soon as possible. All clubs run from 3pm until 4:15pm and parents are to collect their children from the hall doors on the playground at 4:15pm.

Please choose the club(s) your child would like to attend by completing the form below. Please return this, along with payment (correct money if possible please) to the school office as soon as possible, as places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We will send parents a text message confirming places and will return any change due to you. If your child does not get a place on any of the clubs requested, we will contact you to try and arrange an alternative.

Multi Sports, Outdoor Play and Football will be played outside, so please send your child with appropriate clothing (appropriate footwear and shin pads for football please). If the weather allows it, the other clubs might go outside too.

Please kindly note that if we do not receive a completed form and payment in advance, your child will not be able to take part in these activities. Unfortunately, if you send your child to any of these clubs without sending in payment and a slip, we will have to contact you to come and collect them at the end of the normal school day.

We reserve the right to cancel any of the above clubs if we do not have enough children sign up to them.
