Wednesdays - £15.00 for 6 weeks Baking (Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 8 places Musical Instruments (Unicorn, Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 15 places Football (Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 30 places Gardening (Unicorn, Pegasus and Griffin) 10 places

Thursdays - £15.00 for 6 weeks Reading (Unicorn, Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 20 places Homework (Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) Free MMA Club (Mixed Martial Arts) (Unicorn, Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 20 places Origami (Unicorn, Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 20 places Outdoor Play (Unicorn, Pegasus, Griffin, Centaur, Dragon and Phoenix) 20 places Netball (Griffin, Centaur Dragon and Phoenix) 12 places

Clubs will run for 6 weeks from Tuesday 11th September to Thursday 18th October. To make the administration process easier, and for the benefit of all children, we request that you choose the clubs that your child would like to attend and then make a payment to the office for all 6 weeks.

Please indicate the clubs your child would like to attend by ticking the activities above and completing the form below. Please return this along with payment (correct money if possible please) in the envelope provided to the school office as soon as possible as places are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We will send parents a text message confirming places and will return any change due to you. If your child does not get a place on any of the clubs requested, we will contact you to try and arrange an alternative. They will also be given priority for this club if it continues next term.

Please see attached information leaflets for Scooter Club and MMA Club which provide some details of what the clubs will involve. Scooter Club will be outside and MMA Club will be in the school hall. Football, Gardening and Outdoor Play will all be based outside so please send your child with appropriate clothing, footwear and shin pads (for football only). All other clubs will be indoors.

Please kindly note that if we do not receive a completed form and payment in advance, your child will not be able to take part in these activities. Unfortunately, if you send your child to any of these clubs without sending in payment and a slip, we will have to contact you to come and collect them at the end of the normal school day.

We reserve the right to cancel any of the above clubs if we do not have enough children sign up to them.
