KAM HEONG

Kam Heong Cooking is a blend of Chinese, Malay and a host of other influences. It is the closest thing Singapore has to an indigenous cuisine. The Kam Heong paste is a combination of lemongrass, garlic, sugar, salt, shallot, chillies, dried shrimp, curry leaf and dark soya sauce.
