Pumpkin, mustard & coconut curry, yellow rice (v) SIDES LAMPRAIS (to share) A Sri Lankan dish introduced by the country’s Dutch population back in 17th century. Lamprais is derived from the Dutch word lomprijst, which loosely Lamprais translated as a packet of food. It consists of special curries, sides and rice cooked Seeni sambal (onion pickle) (v) in stock, all of which is wrapped in banana leaves and baked in an oven for Chicken frikkadels (g) sharing at the dinner table.
