To enjoy your lodge at Kentisbury is one thing however the owners of the hotel are offering a place to holiday as well as an income generating product. In return for purchasing a 12 year lease on the property Inspired Hotels Ltd are offering the following 3 options. a) Gain a nett 7% guaranteed income paid monthly on the purchase price and in addition you are free to holiday at the Lodge purchased for a period of 4 weeks (1 week in high season / 1 week in medium season and 2 weeks in low season) You will have access to the hotel’s facilities and Coach House bar and restaurant. b) Gain a nett 5% guaranteed income paid monthly on the purchase price and you are free to stay at the Lodge purchased for a period of 6 weeks (1 week in high season / 2 week in medium season and 3 weeks in low season) You will have access to the hotel’s facilities and Coach House bar and restaurant.

c) In return for no holidaying allocation for the purchaser of the Lodge an 8% return on the purchase price will be paid throughout the leasehold term of the 12 years.

Access the M5 into Devon. Leave the M5 at Junction 27 which is signposted Tiverton and Barnstaple.Take the A361 following signs for Barnstaple. Upon reaching the North Aller roundabout, take a right onto the A399 which is signposted Blackmoor Gate. Continue on this road for approximately 20 minutes. Upon reaching the large crossroads at Blackmoor Gate, take a left onto the A39 which is signposted Barnstaple. Kentisbury Grange is 1.5 miles along the A39 on the right hand side.
