1 1. AREA PRESENTATION

Located in the western part of the country, , is the main gateway to from central and western Europe. In recent years, the economy of Arad has experienced strong dynamics with significant increases, identifiable in all sectors of activity.

The lots that are part of this project, with a total area of 13.14 hectares, are located in the west of Arad County, at the entrance to Pecica, at the intersection of the highway with DN7 national road and at the exit of the "Pecica Interchange" highway, to the major road infrastructure.

2 2. THE LOGISTIC ROUTE

From a logistic point of view, the location of these lots is very good and is part of the Pan European IV Corridor, DN7 alongside the Nadlac-Arad- Timisoara highway. This corridor is the most transit and strategic link between the East and West of Europe, and the road node formed at the entrance to Romania is one of the most important logistically.

"Pecica-Interchange" is the second exit from the entrance to Romania, about 28 km from the border and 13 km from Arad.

3 3. UTILITIES IN THE AREA

Right in the immediate vicinity of the lots, there is the possibility of connection to the medium and low voltage grid and to the methane gas column.

4. ZONES DESTINATIONS

The position of the lots is important for the following reasons: - It is located on the (Nadlac-Arad- Timişoara-). - The position gives it maximum visibility and publicity. Any company located in this area will have access to the most important road network in the Euroregion.

This land can be used to build medium or large shopping centers , supermarkets, and various highway related services (fuel station, restaurant, motel, car and truck repair center, parking).

Also, another destination of these lots may be the location of commercial premises or building materials warehouses.
