INFORMATION LETTER
DEAR COLLEAGUES!
The administration of SEI «Avicenna Tajik State Medical University» invites students and young scientists (up to 35 years old) to participate in XV International scientific and practical conference of young scientists and students of ATSMU «Modern problems and perspective directions of the innovative development of science», dedicated to the years of rural development, tourism and forks crafts (2019-2021), which will be held on April 24, 2020.
Forms of participation:
Only publication of abstracts Publication of abstracts and oral report
Languages of the conference: Tajik, Russian, English.
The conference will be held in the format of sectional meetings in the following areas:
1. Therapy 5. Family medicine 2. Surgery 6. Pharmacy 3. Pediatrics 7. Theoretical medicine 4. Stomatology 8. Physics, chemistry, biology 9. Philosophy and philology
Requirements and procedures for participant registration
1. To participate in the conference, it is necessary to draw up an abstract in accordance with the requirements (Appendix 1). A printed version with the signature of the scientific supervisor and after checking the department of the Russian language should be submitted by March 10, 2020 to department of science and innovation by the address: Dushanbe city, Rudaki Avenue 139. Avicenna Tajik State Medical University, room number 214, Monday-Friday from 13:30 till 17:00. 2. Electronic version of an abstract should be maintained according to the first author's full name (for example, Karimov A.A._ thesis.doc) and in the form of attached files send to the email address: [email protected]. It’s also required to specify the participation option. 3. The number of authors is not more than 3. Indicate the form of participation (1, 2, 3). Applications for the report should be noted in the abstract. 4. The scientific works, sending for participation in the conference should not be previously published. The Editorial board of the conference reserves for itself the decision to publish the works in the collection. Abstracts which are not corresponding to the established requirements will not be accepted! 5. Following the results of the conference will be published a collection of scientific works. 6. Fill out Registration card of the participant (Appendix 2).
Requirements for abstract design (Appendix 1)
Important! Materials should be typed in MS Word (1997-2003, 2007). Volume - up to 1 page. Font – Times New Roman, size of type 12, interval - 1.5 (throughout the document). Width adjustment, margins of 2 cm on each side. Use of illustrations, tables and graphs in the text is not allowed. An abstract should have up to 3 authors. It is not allowed to introduce a head of the work into the team of authors. The order of formalizing an abstract: Purpose of the work; Material and methods of research; Results of research and Conclusions.
