Frank O'Loughlin practices in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on Practices insurance litigation, regulation, and transactions. ■ Litigation and Disputes ■ Insurance Services Frank serves as general counsel to various states' life and health insurance guaranty ■ Health Care Regulation and associations and practices on a national level in that area.
