Hardware Lab technician About us Mitte aims to change how water is consumed by putting human needs first. We are creating the first smart home appliance that enables users to create healthy mineral water at home. We define healthy water as water free of contaminants and full of nutrients. Mitte works in two simple steps: first, tap water is purified through a proprietary technology based on distillation achieving very high levels of purity. After the purification, the water is enhanced through a unique, patent pending mineralisation process. In this process, purified water flows through a cartridge which contains several layers of mineral ingredients. The role A highly skilled individual who is comfortable working with a complex hydro-electro-mechanical system. Your work will enable our​ long-term mission to develop water personalized for individual needs with different levels of enhancements and in B2C and B2B settings. Main responsibilities ● Build (duplicate) test rigs on demand and oversee the entire process from bill of materials to final assembly ● Maintain a sensible stock of spare parts in order to maintain the test rigs. ● Work closely with our R&D teams to operate the test rigs and drive our research forward. Requirements ● Ideally completed three years of professional development (Ausbildung) ● Affinity to technical work more than 2 years of professional experience in a related industry ● Working knowledge of English. ● A strong team player able to work in a dynamic international environment with different disciplines (hardware, software, business, marketing, etc).
