The Squadron Commander (Engg), National Security Guard, Mehram Nagar (Opposite domestic Airport), Palam, on behalf of Item rate tenders are invited from original equipment manufacturer or authorized agency of original equipment manufacturers for comprehensive annual maintenance of hydraulic elevator (UT Ascent hydraulic elevator) for the following works:

Tenders shall be submitted to Squadron Commander (Engg) National Security Guard, Mehram Nagar, New Delhi up to 15:00 hrs and will be opened on the same day at 15:30 hrs. The application for tender should also be accompanied with valid TIN No and registration documents of contactor in the appropriate class duly attested by a gazette officer. Earnest money should be deposited along with Tender documents in separate envelope marked as “ Earnest Money “ in the form of FIXED DEPOSIT RECEIPT ONLY of a scheduled bank, guaranteed by , drawn in favour of PAO, NSG HQ, (MHA) payable at New Delhi.

The contractor whose bid is accepted will also be required to furnish either copy of applicable licenses/registrations or Proof of applying for obtaining labour licenses, registration with EPFO, ESIC and BOWC Welfare Board and Programme Chart (Time and Progress) within the period specified in Schedule F.

“The reimbursement of EPF & ESI contributions paid by the contractor on the part of employer is to be made on submission of documentary proof of payment provided the same is in order. Similarly, the reimbursement of service tax paid by the contractor on behalf of employer is to to be made on submission of documentary proof of payment provide same is I order.”

Both sealed envelope ( EMD & Tender documents ) marked as Earnest money and Tender shall be submitted together in another sealed envelope subscripted with name of work and due date of opening. The envelop marked tender shall be opened whose earnest money, placed in the other envelope marked as earnest money is found to be in order.

Intending bidders/registered contractors who are exempted from depositing Tender sale cost and Earnest money deposit (EMD) are requester to upload their undertaking regarding exemption of render sale cost and Earnest money deposit (EMD) along with relevant circular / order issued by Government.
