Batters for our pancakes and waffles are prepared from our own recipes. We use no prepared mixes! In an effort to serve the lightest, fluffiest pancakes possible we use the best ingredients attainable. Our Buckwheat, whole wheat, and cornmeal batter are made with organically grown grains that we stone grind right here ourselves. All whole grain batters contain no added sugar. The Plain pancake mix is made using King Arthur Flour. All Polly’s pancakes are roughly 3” in diameter and served in 2 sets of 3 to stay warm. Our waffles are 7” in diameter.
