How World Routes Works

As you prepare to attend World Routes, The 17th World Route Development Forum in Berlin, please read this document which will enable you to optimise your time there, and make the most of the extensive meeting opportunities that World Routes presents.

How World Routes Works includes information for delegates who are attending World Routes for the first time and, although this will be familiar to our long-term customers, other information is specific to the Berlin event and applies to everybody.

Also included in this document is some important information regarding your arrival in Berlin.

Registration at the Event 12:30 on Sunday 2nd October 2011 World Routes 2011 officially opens at 12:30 on Sunday 2nd October 2011, at the South Entrance, Messe Berlin. You can collect your badge from the World Routes Registration Area at any time from 12:30. World Route Development Strategy Summit registration will open at 08:00 on Sunday 2nd October 2011, at the main security entrance of Service Centre Hall 7, Messe Berlin. In the penultimate week before World Routes 2011, all delegates will be sent a personalised e-badge via email. Embedded in the email is a barcode specific to your delegate registration.
