2.Proposals for the efficient use of productive capacity in the engineering industry of the Azerbaijan Republic have been introduced in the State Company "Azneftehimmash" at an engineering plant" Baku Worker" and "Baku factory of electric motors" (BMZ ) .
3. Proposals for socio- economic development of regions have been taken by the Ministry of Economic Development in the preparation of "State Program on socio -economic development of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2009-2013".
4. Conclusions and proposals have been developed to define the directions of a competitive economy in the regions of Azerbaijan.
