ARTISAN

Regular 15% Off AGRAPART Price Price Agrapart “Les Sept Crus”...... $ 55.00 $ 46.75 “Agrapart's NV Brut 7 Crus is simply gorgeous. Rich, creamy and inviting, the 7 Crus hits all the right notes. The 7 Crus doesn't quite have the focus or energy of the top wines here, but it is incredibly delicious, approachable and relatively easy to find. This may very well be the finest release of the 7 Crus I have ever tasted since this cuvée debuted a few years ago. (93/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Agrapart “Terroirs”...... $ 68.00 $ 57.80 “The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is positively brilliant. Citrus, white flowers, crushed rocks and mint are all finely sketched in this super-expressive Champagne from Agrapart. Readers who want to get a sense of what the Agrapart Champagnes are all about without investing in some of the higher-end bottlings will want to check out the Terroirs. Weightless and chiseled in the glass, with pedigree to burn, the Terroirs is flat-out stunning, not to mention a fabulous wine in its peer group. (94/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

2012 Agrapart “Mineral”...... $ 132.00 $ 112.20 “The 2012 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Minéral is superb. Powerful and ample in the glass, the Minéral is both broad on the palate and also somehow incredibly refined in feel, an appealing combination to be sure. There is so much to admire in the 2012, including its exceptional sense of total harmony. Dried flowers, almond, mint and dried apricot are all nicely layered in the glass, but again, it is the wine's poise that is truly mesmerizing. (95/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

2012 Agrapart “Avizoise”...... $ 164.00 $ 139.40 “The 2012 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru L’Avizoise is another riveting wine from Pascal Agrapart. Here, too, the interplay of textural richness and finesse is utterly captivating. Lemon confit, white flowers, mint and orchard fruit all develop, but it is the wine's feel and stunning balance that make it impossible to resist a second taste, and then a third. (96/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

PAUL BARA Bouzy Paul Bara Grand Cru Brut...... $ 56.00 $ 47.60 “The NV Brut Réserve Grand Cru is a terrific introduction to the Bara house style. Citrus; almond, orchard fruit and floral notes abound in a Champagne of real personality and class. The texture and resonance of the Pinot that makes up most of the blend and the natural richness of Bouzy are felt mostly in the wine's weight and textural feel. There is plenty to like in this vinous, inviting Champagne from Bara. (90/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Paul Bara Grand Cru Brut Rosé...... $ 72.00 $ 61.20 Paul Bara Grand Cru Brut Rosé...... 375ml.. $ 36.00 $ 30.60 “The NV Rosé Brut Grand Cru is another gorgeous Champagne from Paul Bara. Rich, resonant and super-inviting, the Brut Rosé has so much to offer. I especially admire the wine's breadth and expansiveness, both of which give it the versatility to drink beautifully as an aperitif or at the dinner table. (92/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Egly-Ouriet Ambonnay Egly-Ouriet Brut Rosé...... $ 146.00 $ 124.10 “The NV Brut Rosé Grand Cru is a serious wine. The Brut Rosé starts as the same wine as the Brut Tradition, and then sees about 2-3% still , which, along with a very low dosage of 2 grams per liter, take the wine into a dimension of brightness, tension and focus, with little of the creaminess found in the Tradition. The white pepper, cranberry, rose petal and chalk notes are finely sketched in a Champagne endowed with remarkable purity and translucence. (92/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Egly-Ouriet Brut Grand Cru “Tradition”...... $ 104.00 $ 88.40 “I indulged in two classics, the NV Egly-Ouriet Champagne Grand Cru Brut Tradition and the 2014 Domaine Rostaing Côte-Rôtie Ampodium. The former was its usual delightful self; not just a great way to start off the meal, but also lovely throughout the entirety of the dinner. I found that the red fruit, dried pear, ginger and sweet spice flavors and rich texture nicely stood up even to the duck meat. (92/100)” - Ian D'Agata, Vinousmedia.com

2009 Egly-Ouriet Grand Cru “Millésime”...... $ 168.00 $ 142.80

Veuve Fourny Vertus Veuve Fourny Grande Réserve...... $ 46.00 $ 39.10 Veuve Fourny Grande Réserve...... 375ml ... $ 30.00 $ 25.50 Veuve Fourny Grande Réserve...... MAGNUMS.. $ 105.00 $ 89.25 “The Brut Grande Réserve 1er Cru is powerful, but also a touch austere, some of that coming from the 20% in the blend, which adds structure and textural intensity to a core of fruit. Dried flowers, herbs, mint and cherry pit nuances all develop in the glass. The Grande Réserve is a bit less immediately charming than some of the other wines in the range, but it, too, has a lot to offer. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. 2019-2025 (93/100).” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

2011 Veuve Fourny Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut 1er Cru “Monts de Vertus”...$ 82.00 $ 69.70 “The 2011 Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Mont's de Vertis 1er Cru is a terrific wine for the . Even so, the citrus and floral notes show a touch of honey character that suggests the 2011 is likely to offer its best drinking over the near and medium term. Stylistically, the 2010 is a bit softer and gentler than the other wines in this range, all of which more finely cut. Although not especially complex, the 2011 is inviting and also quite delicious. 2019-2024 (90/100).” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Gaston Chiquet DIzy Gaston-Chiquet Brut “Tradition”...... $ 48.00 $ 40.80 “The NV Brut Tradition is an attractive entry-level wine from Gaston-Chiquet. Apricot, lemon confit, baked apple tart, vanillin and toasty notes add to the wine's racy, open-knit personality. (88/100).” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

2009 Gaston-Chiquet Special Club “Millesime”...... $ 106.00 $ 90.10 “Explosive and powerful in the glass, with terrific freshness, the 2009 Brut Spécial Club Millésimé is harmonious and impeccably balanced in every way. The natural ripeness comes through in the wine's generous fruit and soft contours. This Spécial Club preserves quite a bit of freshness and brightness. (92/100).” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

GEOFFROY AY 2009 Geoffroy “Cuvée Volupté”...... $ 102.00 $ 86.70

"A blend of 69 percent chardonnay and 31 percent pinot noir, this is the last version of Volupté to include pinot noir, and from 2010 on Geoffroy has turned this cuvée into a Cumières blanc de blancs. It’s an outstanding wine, combining a rich depth of ripe fruit with a vibrantly chalky minerality, and feeling remarkably exuberant and energetic. The texture is particularly silky and fine, which seems to be a hallmark of Geoffroy’s recent releases, and the finish is fragrant, subtle and long." - Peter Liem, Champagneguide.net

PIerre Gimonnet Cuis 2012 Gimmonet Special Club ...... $ 118.00 $ 100.30

Marc Hébrart Mareuil-Sur-Aÿ “It is truly hard to fathom how great these wines are. Each year seems to build upon the one before, and I came away from tasting—on a strangely bitter day with the ravens screeching and snow in the air and the Marne canal flowing so slowly you could barely see it move—absolutely convinced that Champagne does not improve on these wines. Jean-Paul is in the zone. With one exception, he doesn’t take a single false step, and I’m glad for that exception because otherwise I’d fear a spell had been cast over me.” - Terry Theise, Importer

Marc Hébrart Cuvée de Reserve...... $ 54.00 $ 45.90 “The NV Brut Cuvée de Reserve is gorgeous. Bright, energetic and focused, the Cuvee de Reserve offers a striking tension for a Pinot-based NV Champagne. There is level of translucent purity in the Brut Cuvée de Reserve that is striking, Lemon confit, wild flowers, mint and almond notes all develop in an effortless, gracious Champagne that will drink well right out of the gate. (91/100).” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

2014 Marc Hébrart Special Club “Millesime”...... $ 112.00 $ 95.20 2013 Marc Hébrart “Rive Gauche - Rive Droite”...... $ 176.00 $ 149.60 “The 2013 Rive Gauche Rive Droite is a blend of Pinot Noir from Aÿ and Chardonnay from , and Avize, all Grand Crus. Resonant and expansive on the palate, it possesses tremendous richness and depth from start to finish. Dried pear, pastry, dried herbs and crushed flowers give the stunningly beautifully, expressive Champagne with tons of complexity. (94/100).” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Henriet-Bazin Villers-Marmeny Henriet-Bazin Rosé...... $ 54.00 $ 45.90

Jacquesson Dizy “Beginning with the 2000 vintage, they discontinued their non-vintage Perfection Brut, reinterpreting it as the Cuvée No. 728, as it represented the 728th blend created in the history of the house. Every subsequent year, a new, numbered cuvée is released: 729, 730, 731 and so forth. The idea of these numbered cuvées is to emphasize the character of the base vintage, blending it with a small percentage of reserve wines for completeness and harmony yet allowing the vintage character to set the tone for the wine each year. This is in a sense antithetical to the traditional concept of a non-vintage champagne, which is blended to create a consistent style of wine from year to year. “We don’t want to make a consistent blend every year,” says Jean-Hervé Chiquet. “We want to make the best possible blend every year. Jacquesson’s wines are complex and richly textured, demonstrating a substantial depth of fruit that’s amplified by vinification in large wooden casks and highlighted by their unusually low dosages. At the same time, these wines show a keenly fine texture and harmonious elegance. The 700-series is proving to consistently be one of the best non-vintage bruts on the market.” - Peter Liem, ChampagneGuide.net

Jacquesson Cuvée 742...... $ 82.00 $ 69.70 “The Extra-Brut Cuvée No. 742, based on the 2014 vintage, is a gorgeous wine. In this release, the Cuvée seems especially marked by Pinot in both its flavor profile and texture. Dried pear, hazelnut, mint, chamomile and dried flowers all grace this rich, beautifully resonant Champagne from Jacquesson. Best of all, the 742 will drink well with minimal cellaring. The 700-series Champagnes are often superb; the 742 is an especially fine edition.” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com J. Lassalle Chigny Les Roses J. Lassalle Brut Rosé...... $ 76.00 $ 64.60 J. Lassalle Brut Rosé...... 375ml . $ 42.00 $ 35.70 J. Lassalle Brut Rosé...... MAGNUMS.. $ 170.00 $ 144.50 “The NV Brut Rosé 1er Cru is a pretty rich wine, especially for this address, where the Champagnes are often quite lithe. Deceptive in its mid-weight structure and overall feel, the Rosé offers quite a bit of intensity and persistence. Rose petal, cranberry, mint, citrus and white pepper all add attractive aromatic top notes. In this release, Lassalle's Rosé is a Champagne of substance and textural depth. (92/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

2009 J. Lassalle Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru...... $ 88.00 $ 74.80 2009 J. Lassalle Brut “Cuvée Angeline”...... MAGNUMS.. $ 346.00 $ 294.10 2011 J. Lassalle Brut 1er Cru “Cuvée Angeline”...... $ 106.00 $ 90.10 2012 J. Lassalle Brut 1er Cru Special Club Rosé...... $ 162.00 $ 137.70

LAVAL CUMièRES Laval Cumières Brut Nature...... $ 96.00 $ 81.60 “The NV (2016) Brut Nature Cumières is terrific. A classic Cumières Champagne, the NV is built on nervy energy and focus. Behind that is a serious core of fruit that is just waiting to emerge with a little more time in bottle. Quite simply, this is a brilliant Champagne from Vincent Laval that captures the essence of the house style. The Cumières is a classic Champagne blend of roughly equal parts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, bottled with no dosage. (92/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

A.R. LENOBLE DAMERY A.R. Lenoble Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs...... $ 48.00 $ 40.80 “Light yellow. Fresh pear and honeysuckle aromas are complemented by ginger, honey and toasty lees. Dry and precise, offering energetic orchard and citrus fruit flavors and a hint of anise that gains strength with air. Finishes toasty and long, with resonating spiciness and a suave floral quality. (91/100)” - Josh Reynolds, Vinousmedia.com

A.R. Lenoble Rosé “Terroirs”...... $ 54.00 $ 45.90 “Light, bright orange. Vibrant, mineral-driven red berry, orange zest and jasmine aromas are complemented by deeper suggestions of smoky lees and anise. Rich and broad yet surprisingly lively on the palate, offering bitter cherry and raspberry flavors that are given lift and cut by juicy acidity. Finishes taut and stony, with echoing red fruit and leesy nuances. This robust yet tensile pink Champagne would work well with rich fish dishes or even lighter poultry preparations; it would also be fantastic with raw or rare tuna or salmon. (92/100)” - Josh Reynolds, Vinousmedia.com

2008 A.R. Lenoble Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs...... $ 70.00 $ 59.50 “True to the vintage, this is vivid and intense, with a ripe depth of fruit and a tense, racy structure. It’s subtle and refined in tone, showing an elegant harmony and complexity on the palate, and it finishes with long, fragrant flavors, underlined by quiet notes of chalk." - Peter Liem, Champagneguide.net 2009 A.R. Lenoble Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs “Gentilhomme”...... $ 110.00 $ 93.50

“This is all Chouilly, and fermented entirely in barrel. It’s creamy and forward, in the style of both the vintage and the terroir, yet it’s firmly anchored by chalky minerality, giving it tension and grip. It’s long and fragrant on the finish, and at 3 g/l of dosage it feels harmonious and expressive. " - Peter Liem, Champagneguide.net A. Margaine Montagne de A. Margaine Brut le Brut...... $ 48.00 $ 40.80 “Margaine's NV Le Brut is pure, precise and crystalline, as his wines tend to be. Mint, crushed rocks, apple, pear and lemon peel are finely-sketched. Readers who enjoy taut, focused Champagnes will adore the Le Brut. Best of all, it is a gorgeous wine for the money. (91/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com 4

A. Margaine Demi Sec...... $ 52.00 $ 44.20 “Arnaud Margaine does so many things so well, including making one of the finest Demi-Secs readers will come across. The NV Le Demi-Sec is rich and generous on the palate, with the higher dosage adding quite a bit of textural depth. Even so, the wine remains wonderfully focused, fresh and light on its feet. (92/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

2012 A. Margaine Special Club ...... $ 106.00 $ 90.10 “The 2012 Special Club finds Arnaud Margaine at his very best. Ample, creamy and beautifully layered on the palate, with exquisite aromatics, the Special Club dazzles from the very first taste. All the elements simply fall into place. Lemon peel, orchard fruit, crushed rocks and lifted floral notes convey brightness, but here, too, I am blown away by the wine's precision and focus. The 2012 is 100% Chardonnay, aged partly in wood, with full . It may very well be the most complete Champagne I have ever tasted from Arnaud Margaine. (95/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

PIERRE MONCUIT LE MESNIL “I was once again deeply impressed with the Champagnes I tasted from Moncuit. Not only are the wines gorgeous and expressive, they also offer terrific value. All of the wines made from Mesnil fruit” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Pierre Moncuit Grand Cru Rosé...... $ 55.00 $ 46.75 “The NV (2015) Brut Rosé is absolutely gorgeous. Powerful and deep in the glass, the Rosé offers a super-appealing interplay of textural richness from the year married with the tension that makes the Moncuit Champagnes so distinctive. Cranberry, strawberry, chalk mineral and floral notes are beautifully delineated in this vibrant, finely sketched Rosé from Moncuit. The presence of the 25% Pinot from Bouzy is very clearly felt in the wine's weight and resonance. (92/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Pierre Moncuit Le Mesnil Grand Cru...... $ 48.00 $ 40.80 Pierre Moncuit Le Mesnil Grand Cru...... MAGNUMS.. $ 110.00 $ 93.50 “The NV (2015) Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Delos bristles with a palpable sense of energy and cut. Ample and generous on the palate, with terrific resonance the Delos marries the richness of the year with the focus of the low-dosage style. Citrus, baked apple and chamomile open up effortlessly. All the elements are in balance in this impeccable, focused Champagne from Moncuit. The Delos is a jewel of a wine. Don't miss it (94/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Moutard Buxeuil Moutard Grande Réserve...... $ 36.00 $ 30.60 “The richness and creaminess of Aube Pinot Noir comes through loud and clear in the NV Brut Grande Cuvée. Wonderfully intense on the palate, yet also translucent, the Grande Cuvée offers a highly appealing array of varietal Pinot fruit and aromatics with more finesse than is often found in Champagne's Aube district. (90/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Moutard Rosé de Cuvaison...... $ 40.00 $ 34.00 “The NV Brut Rosé de Cuvaison is attractive, if a touch fleeting. Bright red cherry, strawberry and mint waft out of the glass. This is a decidedly perfumed, gracious style. It would be nice to see a bit more depth, especially for a pure Pinot Rosé, but there is nevertheless plenty to like. I would prefer to drink the Rosé over the next handful of years. (88/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Moutard “Climat Richardot Vieilles Vignes”...... $ 64.00 $ 54.40 Moutard “Climat Chiennes Vignes”...... $ 64.00 $ 54.40

MOUSSÉ CUISLES Moussé “Anecdote”...... $ 54.00 $ 45.9 “The NV Anecdote is another striking wine in this range. Powerful and resonant, the Varosses fleshes out in all directions as it shows layers of flavor and texture, along with the broader side of Chardonnay. The Varosses is a wine of real substance. It is best appreciated at the dinner table. 91/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Pierre Péters Les Mesnil sur Oger Pierre Peters Cuvée de Réserve...... $ 68.00 $ 57.80 Pierre Peters Cuvée de Réserve...... MAGNUMS.. $ 168.00 $ 142.80 “The NV Cuvée de Réserve (base 2016) is absolutely delicious and also shows the greater natural harmony of 2016 vis-à-vis 2015. Creamy and open-knit, the 2016 will be easy to drink pretty much upon release, as it is a Champagne of absolutely exquisite balance. White orchard fruit, crushed rocks, flowers and mint all grace this sublime, wonderfully nuanced Champagne from Rodolphe Péters. Dosage is 6 grams per liter. (90/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Pierre Peters Réserve “Oubilee”...... $ 136.00 $ 115.60 “The NV Réserve Oubliée (2013 base) is the finest edition of this wine yet. Airy, weightless and gracious, but with plenty of depth, the Réserve Oubliée is absolutely fabulous. A range of floral, savory and citrus nuances emerge from a Champagne endowed with tremendous class and personality. As a reminder, the Réserve Oubliée is the same base wine as the Cuvée de Réserve, but aged an extra year on the lees and bottled under cork rather than crown seal. (94/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

2012 Pierre Peters “Chetillons”...... $ 158.00 $ 134.30 “The 2012 Blanc de Blancs Les Chétillons is fabulous. Rich and explosive in the glass, the 2012 has all of the intensity of a ripe year, but without the more tropical leanings of like 2002. What comes through most is the raw intensity of a year in which yields were reduced sharply by frost. The 2012 Chétillons is going to need at least a few years to come into its own, but it is brilliant even in the early going. Hints of lemon confit, white flowers mint and chalk develop with air, but it is the interplay of 2012 richness and Le Mesnil tension that makes for an utterly compelling, vivid Champagne of the highest level. This is a hugely promising wine. (97/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Eric Rodez Ambonnay Eric Rodez Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru...... $ 74.00 $ 62.90 “Light yellow. Poached pear, chamomile, sweet butter and toasty lees on the deeply scented nose. Picks up a spicy nuance with air, which adds lift to the ripe orchard fruit and candied fig flavors. In a powerful style but not lacking for vivacity. Finishes toasty and long, with a hint of grilled nuts and very good length. (91/100)” - Josh Reynolds, Vinousmedia.com

Eric Rodez Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs...... $ 78.00 $ 66.30 “Light gold. Spicy blood orange and strawberry on the nose, with subtle floral pastille and musky herbal character. Bitter cherry and orange pith flavors are impressively concentrated and focused. Aeration brings up a sweeter raspberry quality that carries through a long, incisive, smoke-tinged finish. This powerful Champagne could handle the richest cheeses and charcuterie with ease. (91/100)” - Josh Reynolds, Vinousmedia.com

Ruelle-Pertois Moussy Ruelle-Pertois Cuvée de Reserve Brut...... $ 46.00 $ 39.10 “Light, bright yellow. Heady, complex aromas of ripe citrus and orchard fruits, with a suave floral element and a chalky mineral overtone. Taut and densely packed, offering vibrant lemon pith, tangerine and pear flavors and a late jolt of salty minerality. Closes with excellent clarity and length, along with lingering zesty mineral and citrus pith notes. (92/100)” - Josh Reynolds, Vinousmedia.com

MICHAEL TURGY Les Mesnil sur Oger Michael Turgy Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut Reserve...... $ 52.00 $ 44.20 “Light yellow. Intensely perfumed aromas of poached pear, tangerine, candied fig and white flowers, with an piquant spicy element adding vivacity. Smooth, sweet and expansive on the palate, offering powerful orchard and pit fruit flavors and a touch of smokiness. The broad finish features excellent clarity and building spiciness. (91/100)” - Josh Reynolds, Vinousmedia.com

JEAN VESSELLE BOUZy Jean Vesselle Oeil de Perdrix Rosé...... $ 60.00 $ 51.00 “The salmon-colored NV Brut Oeil de Perdrix is another utterly delicious Champagne from Vesselle. Dried rose petals, orange zest, white pepper and mint give much of its high-toned aromatics, but there is plenty of depth to the fruit as well. Deceptively medium in body, the Oeil de Perdrix possesses striking finesse and exceptional overall balance. (93/100)” 6 - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Jean Vesselle Brut Reserve...... $ 42.00 $ 35.70 Jean Vesselle Brut Reserve...... 375ml.. $ 24.00 $ 20.40 “Powerful, vinous and beautifully resonant, Vesselle's NV Brut Réserve hits all the right notes. The richness and radiance that make Bouzy Champagnes so compelling comes through in spades. Rich red stone fruit, spice, leather and lightly honeyed notes all form a super- attractive fabric of aromas and flavors in this deep, intensely satisfying NV Champagne. What a gorgeous wine this is (92/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

Vilmart rilly-la-montagne Vilmart “Grand Cellier”...... $ 84.00 $ 71.40 “The NV Cuvée Grand Cellier (base 2015) is striking. Hints of lemon peel, crushed rocks and mint are framed by a kiss of new , with a hint of reduction that adds a further note of complexity. The Grand Cellier is based on 2015, with 25% 2014 and 25% 2013 reserve wines, aged exclusively in foudre. It is another stellar wine in the entry-level portion of the Vilmart range. Dosage is 8 grams per liter. (91/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

2013 Vilmart “Grand Cellier d'Or”...... $ 112.00 $ 95.20 “The 2013 Grand Cellier d'Or soars out of the glass with majestic intensity. Rich, concentrated and somehow also light on its feet, the 2013 is sublime. I could describe the aromas, flavors and textures, but, really, more than anything else, the 2013 is flat-out delicious. The level of detail and precision here is simply tremendous. (93/100)” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

2011 Vilmart “Coeur de Cuvée”...... $ 168.00 $ 142.80

Sparkling Wines Regular 15% Off Price Price Adami Prosecco di Valdobbiadene “Bosca di Gica”...... $ 22.00 $ 18.70 “Luminous straw-green. Honey, white flowers, crushed rocks and lemon oil all come alive in this nicely chiseled, creamy yet vibrant Prosecco. Showcases gorgeous balance and plenty of early appeal, but also offers plenty of richness and depth. This serious, luscious Prosecco is my early candidate for Brut Prosecco of the year. The name of the wine derives from a very old forest located near the estate. Made from roughly 96% and 4% Chardonnay. (91/100) ” - Ian D'Agata, Vinousmedia.com

2016 Bele Casel Asolo Proscco Vecchie Uve...... $ 24.00 $ 20.40 “The Ferraro family is now at its third generation and counting, with over forty years of history under its belt. Bele Casel produces only Prosecco, with many different bottlings that are pure and age-worthy, showcasing above average concentration and complexity.” - Antonio Galloni, Vinousmedia.com

NV Brut Reserva, Bohigas...... $ 16.00 $ 13.60 “My favorite of the two sparkling Cavas is the non-vintage Brut Reserva Cava. Made from a classic blend (for this area) of Xarel-lo, and Parellada planted in limestone and clay soils, the wine spends 24 months on its lees before disgorgement. It is an excellent value for consumers looking for alternatives to French Champagne. Lemon/lime, crushed rock and white currant notes are present in this crisp, elegant, refreshing, zesty, dry sparkler. Hints of wheat thins and brioche add complexity. Enjoy this medium-bodied offering over the next 1-2 years. (90/100)” - TheWineAdvocate.com

Catherine & Pierre Breton Vouvray Brut "La Dilettante"...... $ 32.00 $ 27.20 “Bright gold with a frothy mousse. Pear and white peach on the nose, with complicating floral and spice qualities and a hint of orange zest. At once fleshy and dry, offering tangy citrus and orchard fruit flavors and slow-building spiciness. The finish repeats the orange note and leaves a strong spicy quality behind. This impressively energetic packs a more precise punch than plenty of non-vintage Champagnes. (89/100)” - Josh Raynolds, Vinousmedia.com

2018 Cieto Chiarli Lambrusco di Sorbara Vecchia Modena...... $ 18.00 $ 15.30 “Bright red-ruby. Exotically perfumed bouquet evokes red berry preserves, violet and sweet spices. Fleshy raspberry and red cherry flavors are quite primary, picking up cinnamon and vanilla qualities with air. Shows no rough edges and finishes with good clarity and sweet, vibrant persistence. Very elegant for lambrusco and deliciously crammed with clean, sweet red berry flavors that linger long on the aftertaste. Lambrusco doesn't get much better than this. Terres Secrètes Crémant de Bourgogne ...... $ 22.00 $ 18.70 Crémant de Bourgogne is Burgundy’s version of Champagne. This one from Terres Secretes is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. A very fine, persistent bead supports its refined fruit flavors. It is a subtle, quality wine at a steal of a price.
