Hi Christine, thank you for seeing me and facilitating getting this request to The Board.

Dear Board, My name is Justine Looes and I have been a lifelong resident of Hillsdale. Both my Son and I have been through the Hillsdale Public School System and I would like to give back. Although I am not a classically trained chef I have had the opportunity to work with a couple of very talented Chefs. This is where "City Harvest" and "Table to Table" came to be introduced to me. I would like to be the bridge in our community to reduce waste and help supplement those in need with nutritious options. I'm interested in targeting the more vulnerable demographic in Hillsdale, I see this as the young and the elderly. I have met with our Mayor to discuss the development of this Program. Please allow me the opportunity of a "guided" tour during lunchtime so as I may not only assess needs but also to get an idea of what our Children are eating. Thanking you in advance for your time and consideration. Please feel free to contact me at below. Justine Looes 104 Piermont Avenue Hillsdale NJ 07642 832-349-4131 [email protected] ~ovember12,2018

Hillsdale Board of Education 32 Ruckman Road Hillsdale, NJ 07642

Dear Members of the Board of Education, Mr. Lombardy and Ms. Garcia

It is with mixed emotions that I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign from the Board of Education. The demands of my personal life have unexpectedly increased recently, and as such, I feel it is best for me to allow someone else with the availability of time to dedicate to the Board to take my place.

I am so proud of all we have accomplished in the past five years, and I have no doubt the Board will have continued success going forward.

I will remain on the Board until the end of the calendar year.

It has been a pleasure and an honor to serve the Hillsdale school community as a member of the Board of Education.

Sincerely, ~~;v Krista Flinn HILLSDALE PUBLIC SCHOOLS HILLSDALE, NEW JERSEY
