Our main function suite is located with views out to the stunning golf course and Surrey countryside. Exclusively yours for your event, the room is air conditioned, fully accessible to the adjacent bar and lounge area, has access to our spacious outside terrace and can accommodate a dance floor if required.
Our menus are carefully designed by our head chef and his team and all prepared in house. We use only the finest quality ingredients to create a wide choice of dishes that can be selected from a host of package options.
The club is ideally located between Guildford and Woking and easily reached from major road routes, plus Woking and Guildford Train Stations are just a short taxi ride away. We also have ample free parking on site.

2017 ROOM HIRE CHARGES
Packages are based on a minimum of 40 and maximum of 100 guests for a seated meal in the function suite.
The main function suite and bar can accommodate up to 200 people for a non-seated buffet.
The charge for the function suite is (prices include VAT. Service charge is not included):

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EVENT BOOKINGS
All food and drink must be supplied by Sutton Green Golf Club, excluding customers wishing to bring their own wine and pay corkage. Food and drink supplied by Sutton Green Golf Club may not be taken off the premises. Food can be displayed for a maximum of two hours. Provisional booking will be held for an agreed period. If we have another enquiry for your chosen date we will contact you for confirmation first. Access to the Function Suite prior to the booking must be agreed with Sutton Green Golf Club. Menus must be confirmed 28 days in advance and final numbers along with choices where applicable, must be given 7 days before the date of the booking. The hirer will be liable for any damage to the building, furnishing and golf course resulting from their or their guests’ actions. Children attending must be supervised by an adult at all times. The golf course and practice areas are strictly for the use of playing golfers due to health and safety reasons, and photographers must agree photo areas with the Sutton Green Golf Club. Sutton Green Golf Club cannot accept liability for theft, loss, damage or injury. Visitors use facilities at own risk. The confirmation deposit of £300.00 is non refundable. All fixed charges must be paid 7 days before the date of the booking. This is non-refundable. Normal closing time for the bar is 11:30 pm with music / disco finishing at 12:00 midnight. A bar extension maybe agreed at the club’s discretion for an additional charge. Maximum number of people for the bar and function suite together is 200.
