The property has been carefully restored in several years and works were concluded in 2006 when the building was finally brought back to its original glory. The building is nowadays a beautiful hotel offering multiple halls, 17 bedrooms with en-suite bath- room and a nice restaurant where one can enjoy typical Piedmontese dishes. In particular, the bedroom located in the tower boasts a nice private panoramic terrace with view over the town and the surrounding countryside.

The restoration aimed in the first place at bringing the building back to its original sumptuous look: being a manorial residence built by a powerful Piedmontese family, the building boasts luxury finishes throughout, with moldings, coffered and painted ceilings. The old stables, located right in front of the palazzo across the courtyard, have been converted into a residential building and house nowadays five of the nineteen bedrooms of the hotel, plus a few technical rooms.

The villa is immersed in a 5,000-sqm park offering quiet and silence. Over the years, the garden has been embellished with many varieties of trees which, when blooming, offer a colorful sight. Between the palazzo and the old stables there is a 12 × 6 m swimming pool, shared by the guests. The garden houses a polycarbonate-and-metal orangery which is used for events and celebrations, since it can host up to 130 guests. The polycarbonate walls and ceiling can easily be removed for an open-air event.
