The building is nowadays a beautiful hotel offering multiple halls, 17 bedrooms with en-suite bath- room and a restaurant where one can typical Piedmontese dishes. The restoration aimed in the first place at bringing the building back to its original sumptuous look: being a manorial residence built by a powerful Piedmontese family, the building boasts luxury fin- ishes throughout, with moldings, coffered and painted ceilings. The old stables, located right in front of the palazzo across the courtyard, have been converted into a residential building and house nowadays five of the nineteen bedrooms of the hotel, plus a few technical rooms.

The villa is immersed in a 5,000-sqm park offering quiet and silence. Over the years, the garden has been embellished with many varieties of trees which, when blooming, offer a colorful sight. Between the palazzo and the old stables there is a 12 × 6 m swimming pool, shared by the guests. The garden houses a polycarbonate-and-metal orangery which is used for events and celebrations, since it can host up to 130 guests. The polycarbonate walls and ceiling can easily be removed for an open-air event.
