Directions to Wireless Excellence

Wireless Excellence at The Oxford Science Park is located approx. 4 miles south east of Oxford City centre. When travelling from the north use the M40 Junction 9, or from London use the M40 Junction 8.

The Science Park is well signposted however where not indicated follow signs for the A4074 or the Kassam Stadium (follow the brown football) located about 500 metres east of the Science Park. Once at the Science Park, look for the Magdalen Centre on Robert Robinson Avenue. Parking is available in the visitors car park or in the multi-storey car park.

From Oxford City Centre Take the A4144 Abingdon Rd south through New Hinksey. At the roundabout turn left, following the signs for Reading and Henley, continue to the J. Sainsbury roundabout and turn right onto the A4074. After a half mile The Oxford Science Park is clearly signed to the left.

From London M40 Leave the M40 at Junction 8, signposted to Oxford, and joining the A40. After several miles you approach the outskirts of Oxford. Turn left at the first roundabout following signs for Reading or The Oxford Science Park. After four miles turn left onto the A4074 to Henley-on-Thames (at the J. Sainsbury roundabout). After a half mile The Oxford Science Park is clearly signed to the left.

From the A34 travelling south Leave the A34 at the Hinksey Hill Interchange, signposted A423 to Reading. From the roundabout follow signs for Reading, Henley or The Oxford Science Park.

From the A34 travelling north Leave the A34 at the Hinksey Hill Interchange, signposted A4144 Ring Road. Take the third exit from the roundabout and follow signs for Reading, Henley or The Oxford Science Park.

From Henley-on-Thames When approaching from the south on the A4074, The Park is signposted to the left towards Sandford-on-Thames. When entering Sandford, turn right under the A4074 into the Park.

Public Transport

By Rail has regular services from London Paddington. Details are available by phoning 08457 114141 or on-line from The Train Line or Network Rail. In addition, direct services are available to Birmingham, the south coast and north from Oxford station.

Oxford Railway Station is approx. 4 miles from the Science Park.

There is a regular service from the City Centre (and also from the Railway Station at Peak Times) to the Science Park (see below for further details)

You can either get a bus or taxi to the Science Park from the Railway Station. There is a taxi stand outside the Railway Station.

By Coach Coach services run from most cities and major towns to Oxford's Gloucester Green Coach Station. From London Victoria Coach Station, services run every 20 minutes by two operators, Oxford Bus Company and Oxford Tube. The journey takes around 90 mins. There are also regular Oxford Citylink services (run by the Oxford Bus Company) from London Heathrow and Gatwick airports to Gloucester Green Coach Station, Oxford.

From Oxford Rail and Coach stations The Science Park is approximately 4 miles from the City Centre Coach station at Gloucester Green and a similar distance from Oxford Rail Station. There is an hourly bus service from immediately outside the train station and from the City Centre (Stop G2 in St Aldates, approx 10 minutes walk from the coach station).

From Gloucester Green Coach station you will need to walk to the 106 bus stop in the City Centre. See (below) for further details:

Bus Service T2 / T3 Timetable Bus Service T3 is operated by (01865 785400). The T2 / T3 offers a service between Oxford City Centre and the Science Park with some buses, during rush hours, also stopping at the Oxford railway station. Evening Bus Service 12C Timetable

The 12C Evening Bus has been introduced by the Stagecoach Bus Company.

The 12C service operates one bus per hour (from outside Magdalen Centre only). The service starts at 19.29 and the last bus departs at 23.29
