Thanks Eric, that's great. Attendees for OBC are REDACTED and me. If REDACTED can liaise with our PA REDACTED on dates (copied) it would be appreciated.

REDACTED will be able to confirm who needs to attend for Stagecoach.

Kind Regards

Hi REDACTED Good to hear from you…. Your right in terms of my responsibility for this area. If you can confirm your attendees REDACTED (copied) will co-ordinate diaries. Jo, Simon, Naomi and I would be attending from OCC.

I’ve assumed we’ll need an hour to meet. Let REDACTED know if you think it may be less.

Many thanks, Eric

Hi Eric

We had a discussion on this as this week’s Bus Operator / OCC Covid Liaison meeting. Our understanding is that your team is responsible for monitoring the impact of these.

Both Oxford Bus and Stagecoach would welcome a meeting to discuss our thoughts with you on this. Particularly, we would like to know: 1) What the monitoring framework is

2) How we feed the impact on the bus network in - this has been significant

3) To discuss what additional priority can be given to bus prior to Connecting Oxford coming in to mitigate the negative impacts they are having on our services. Whilst we want to be generally supportive of LTNs as they are supposed to promote more use of active travel and public transport, we need to give more consideration to what can be done for public transport sooner than you might like if we are to avoid them having a detrimental impact on bus that may influence our position on this.

Can you please confirm that you are willing to meet with us to discuss and let me know who we should be liaising with to arrange this?

Have a good weekend.

Kind Regards
