Automobili Lamborghini America reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or cancel the Program should any event or force majeure – that is, an event beyond Automobili Lamborghini America’s reasonable control – occur, including, without limitations any act of God, riots or insurrections, acts of terrorism, war, civil disturbance, requisitioning, governmental or parliamentary restrictions, prohibitions or enactments of any kind, acts of destruction, fire flood, heavy rain or snowing (or lack of snow for Winter Events), or any other cause which may prevent the vehicles to be driven safety. The Program will resume as soon as the necessary operating conditions are ensured. The Participants shall not be entitled to any refund of the sum already paid; Automobili Lamborghini America shall make its best effort in order to reschedule the event but in no case it shall be deemed liable vis à vis the participant. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.
