1. Defense rebound and outlet pass

1 rebounds and makes outlet pass to 2, who dribbles into middle line (A) or into outside line (B) and concludes the break 1:0. Continuity

2. Long rebound and conclusions

1 throws the ball on the backboard for a long rebound and takes rebound, pushes with dribble and concludes the break with drive, a jumper or passes to the coach and after a pass from coach 1 makes a jumper.

3. Fast break ending

a) 1 on 0 Player set up as shown in diagram. Player passes to a coach and run to finish the fast break under the basket.

b) 2 on 0

Players set up as shown in diagram 4. Player 2 passes to 1, who moves to the 3 pt. line and passes to 2, who moves to the basket as fast as possible and concludes the break with a lay up or a drive or a jumper. Then 2 take the ball and passes to 1, who goes to the ball side and moves to a line. This exercise is continuity.

c) 2 on 1 at half court

Players play 2 on 1. The defender goes on offense when he succeeds to conquest the ball. The player on offense has one shot and one tap in after the offensive rebound.

4. Fast break 2 on 1 at full court

 Without dribble  With one dribble allowed per player

Players play 2 on 1 and then again 2 on 1 back on the other half court. The defender is who conquest the ball, and then goes on offense.

5. Fast break 2 on 1 continuity

Players set up as shown in diagram 7. The players 1 and 2 play fast break 2 on 1, against the defender X, who after the inbounding pass to 6. 2 goes to one line out of court, 4 goes on defense.

6. Fast break 3 on 0

7. Fast break 3 on 1 continuity

Players set up as shown in diagram 10. The player 1, 2 and 3 run a fast break 3 on 1 against the defender X, who after the conclusions of the fast break, makes the in bounding pass to 5. 2 goes to one line of the court 6 goes on defense.

8. Fast break 3 on 2 continuity

The player 1, 2 and 3 run a fast break 3 on 2. After a score one of the two defenders passes the ball to the player in bounding and they run the fast break with the other player, who was off the court. They play 3 on 2 at the other basket. The player, who gets the ball, drives to the center of the line of the court. While the passer goes in the lane, where she passes the ball and the third player runs in the opposite lane.

9. Fast break 3 on 2 / 3 on 3

Two teams set up at opposite ends of the half court line. Three offenders (1, 2 and 3) run a fast break against two defender (X1,X2), but once the bal crosses midcourt, the third defender (x3) enters the play from the sideline, stepping into the center circle before joining the action. The offense tries to score while they have to play 3 on 2; otherwise they have to play 3 on 3...

When the defense gets the ball in possession (basket, defensive rebound or turnover), they become offense and attack the other basket, where 4 and 5 are already waiting to defend. Again, 6 enter to defend once the ball crosses midcourt. Competition between two teams (points, time).
