I acknowledge that the City of Watertown DOES NOT carry liability or medical insurance for basketball players. I agree to release my teammates, referees, the City of Watertown, and their employees from any liability connected with an injury claim brought by anyone on the behalf as a result of an injury. FAST BREAK BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT RULES Sportsmanship is a must from all players, coaches, spectators and fans. Tournament is zero tolerance. All Games are officiated. All SDHSAA Basketball rules apply with the following additions: No Full Court Press No Zone Defense Half Court Man to Man defense only. Two 16 minute halves, clock will stop the last 5 minutes of each half on all whistles, free throws, injuries, etc. 3 Full Time Outs per Game Overtime: 2 minutes, no extra timeout awarded. 2nd Overtime: Sudden Death Technical Fouls are 2 points and possession of the ball for the awarding team Tournament Staff will operate the scoreboard controller. Participating teams must provide someone to be the Head Book.
