Notes from the Director Welcome! We are so honored that you are here. This is our “first ever” musical performed by ENCHEA and we are so grateful that you took the time to come to see us! Thank you!

I am so blessed to have this group of cast members and parents for a charter show. The Lord has truly blessed me with people who have servant’s hearts and that come ready to work and get things done. I cannot adequately thank the people who have offered to take charge of things and run with it, never looking back or faltering. They have done it well, which is why this show has been a success.

The beautiful thing about theater is the community that you build by being a part of it. It’s much like a family. Every person involved, on stage and behind the scenes, is an integral part of the process. When we work together with love and appreciation for one another, we make something beautiful, that we’re proud of and that we remember forever. That’s why we do this theater thing. It’s not “just about the acting and singing.” It’s about the experience, the hard work and dedication, the fun we have and the friendships we form. I’m truly grateful for every one of you that have played a part in getting this thing to the stage. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart for seeing my dream come true.

To my actors: I’m so proud of you! Some of you are on the stage for the very first time in your lives. How exciting it is to watch and see you grow! And I couldn’t be more proud of how far you’ve come. Being a teacher is the absolute best thing in the world! Seeing someone strive and learn and have confidence to try again and again is just so very rewarding. I’m so incredibly blessed that I get to do it every day of my life.

This show has so many great songs! You know you will be humming at least one of them when you leave here! “You’re Never Fully Dressed without a Smile“ just really says it all, doesn’t it? Wearing a smile makes someone’s day better, if only your own. And...even if the sun doesn’t actually come out “Tomorrow” The SON of the Living God comes to us every single time we call. And it is to Him that we give all thanks and glory for our talents and opportunities and for supplying all of our needs. This production would not have happened without Him! We give You all the glory, Lord!

Thank you so much again! Enjoy the show!
