Saturday was a hectic day for many members of Gulf Breeze High's newest alumni members. GBHS was the third of three graduations Saturday at the Pensacola Bay Center. Dylan Cannon, who became a father that day, was the opening speaker. Josh Martin played a piece on the piano before salutatorian Nick Staviski and valedictorian Mollie Johnson gave their speeches. An hour after the 90- minute ceremony ended, approximately 150 members of the Class of 2014 were back at GBHS boarding bus- Jason Thompson | Gulf Breeze News Jason Thompson | Gulf Breeze News ses at Project Graduation. Chik Fil A provided food for the graduates once they arrived. Unfortunately, the caravan was a little late leav- ing because at least one of them forgot it was an alcohol and drug free event. The buses turned west on Highway 98 and about an hour later, pulled into Waterville in Gulf Shores (which marks the fourth time in the last seven years it's been held there). Upon arrival, the grads enjoyed more food, courtesy of Sonny's. The grads had the run of the park (minus the roller coaster), with Michael C. Anthony doing his hypnotist show to close out the night. Saturday was his fourth GBHS Project Grad.
