The Documentation for all Cattle must be lodged with the Auctioneers prior to sale. It is a condition of sale that all cattle vendors of under 30 month cattle warrant that, unless stated to the contrary in the catalogue or at the time of sale, any animal sold has not got more than 4 broad teeth. This warranty is a 5 day warranty. If the purchasers proves breach of warranty then at the purchasers option the animal can be returned to the vendor at the vendors expense.
