SENIORS-SPACE STILL AVAILABLE- Have you found a satisfying and affordable home for next year? Take a look at ECLA/Bard (European College of Liberal ) as a possible option for a BA degree or a Gap Year experience. Bard College has a thriving campus in Berlin and students may earn either or both U.S. and German B.A. degrees. Or they can begin their studies at ECLA of Bard, and finish their degree at Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, . Or they can do a Gap year in Berlin. ECLA/Bard attracts students from dozens of nations, reflecting the international atmosphere of its home city. At 17,500 Euros a year for tuition and board, it’s an affordable option. Student Summer Jobs for the Environment. Students who are 17 and older and are interested in working to make a difference may apply. There are no requirements for prior knowledge or skills. Williams College offers “Windows on Williams” a student visit opportunity for top first-generation, low-income and traditionally underrepresented rising seniors. Every fall Williams provides 150 all-expense-paid campus visits to seniors from around the country via WOW. We have set July 14th as the priority submission deadline, but students who apply by August 25th will still receive full consideration. Summer Writing Workshops-Young Artists & Writers Project YAWP are designed for students ages 13-18. These non-residential programs, located on the campus of Stony Brook Southampton, and in , help students find their voice by giving them the freedom and support to write. The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation College Scholarship-is an undergraduate scholarship program available to high-performing high school rising seniors with financial need who seek to attend the nation’s best 4 year colleges and universities. Students selected as Jack Kent Cooke Scholars may receive up to $30,000 per year, college planning support, ongoing advising, and the opportunity to network with the larger JKCF Scholar community. Meyerhoff Scholars Program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County awarded on the basis of aptitude in science and . The Forty Acres Scholars Program is the premier full-ride, merit-based scholarship at The University of Texas at Austin.
