Direct debit - 12 monthly payments. If your mandate is not received in time for the first monthly payment run, 2 payments will be taken on the next due date. Annual fees below £100 will be able to pay by direct debit as a single annual payment. Cancellation of direct debit Members cancelling direct debits and re-joining within 6 months must advise the committee of a valid reason. Failure to do this may incur a re-instatement direct debit fee of £50.
