The DRIVING PORTION of the program has been

reinstated by the State Ed Department

How it will work:

Students will be given two-options in regards to the driving portion: 1. Opt in for the driving: o Pay an additional fee of $180 o Driving slots will be picked at a separate registration ▪ Schedule is listed below o The purpose of a separate registration schedule, is so that the driving slots are

assigned in a fair & equitable manner o You MUST show up on the registration day that is assigned to your school o If your school is NOT listed, you MUST come on Thur. June 30, 2021 o You DO NOT have to come to the orientation that you selected on the registration form if you have “opted in” 2. Opt out of the driving: o Parents/Guardians are required to complete the driving portion with their child and submit “Parent/Guardian Certification of Supervised Driving for Driver Education” o You will still attend the orientation that you picked on the registration form, and you DO NOT have to come to one of the Registration dates listed below
