Sunday Roast Heating Instructions
Thank you so much for supporting our small business. Our Chefs have done all the hard work preparing this fabulous sirloin of beef, so all that’s left to do is to heat everything back up and whenever you’re ready to enjoy your feast!
Once you’ve plated up, be sure to take a quick pic and post it on social media to let all your friends know what they are missing out on! We intend to continue this every Sunday until we re-open and your efforts to spread the word will really help us through this challenging time.
Thank you once again!
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius (Gas mark 4) Roast Potatoes Place on a baking tray and put in the oven for 10 mins
Carrots and Greens For best results, heat in the oven covered with foil for 5-7 mins (You can also microwave these until piping hot in the container with the lid loose)
Red cabbage Take the cabbage out of pouch and heat in microwave until piping hot. Alternatively you can heat the cabbage in the oven, just place in an oven proof dish or tray, add about 50ml of water and cover with foil
Gravy Pour the gravy into a saucepan and heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally
Meat Well done – If you prefer your meat well done, take it out of pouch, wrap it in foil with a knob of butter and put it in with the roast potatoes
Medium – Our beef is cooked medium so just leave it at room temperature and it will warm through when you pour the piping hot gravy over it
Yorkshire Pudding Place in the oven for 3 minutes
