Make sure you plan to be here Sunday evening, February 28th. We have been looking forward to this night for some time. Over the past month we have studied the idea of ministry and the roll each one of us plays. We need to all consider the attitude, author and activity of each of our ministries. How can we be involved and let our light shine that God may be glorified? Tonight you will have an opportunity to investigate and ask questions concerning the various ministries here at Lakeside. You will be encouraged to sign up on one, or as many ministries as you would like and are passionate about. Let us all use our time and talents that God has given us to strengthen ourselves and others. February 28, 2016 Prayer Requests Members Friends and Family

Youth On Christmas we get presents. On birthdays we get presents. We cherish those presents and we take them as treasure. But those earthly treasures will Articles be gone and forgotten. The next holiday you get more earthly treasures that you think are even better. Our hearts weren’t really set on those earthly treasures. What our hearts really should be set on are the heavenly treasures that God sees in heaven. The best kinds of gifts are the ones we give. They are the gifts that we can’t touch but they are the gifts we can feel. For example, you see someone who doesn’t have a friend so you become their friend, guess what? You just gave them a gift. That is a treasure that you just stored in heaven for God to see. Doesn’t that make you feel good? It would make me feel good! Doing these deeds can not only make others feel better but it can also make you feel even better about yourself. God takes these treasures and turns them into blessings for us to have in the future. Your heart will be set on heaven because that is where your treasure is and will always be. -Anna Lively-
