George Brown: College Vocational Program The College Vocational program is an individualized, supportive program to help bridge the gap for students who have graduated from high school with workplace credits or an Secondary School Certificate (OSSC) and who are having difficulty finding appropriate and meaningful work. It offers extensive assessment through the use of several vocational tools. Seneca College: Academic Upgrading Program Seneca Academic Upgrading Can lead to an Academic and Career Entrance (ACE) certificate which is accepted as equivalent to grade 12 for college entry

Seneca College: College Opportunities Program (CAP) Seneca CAP Program Students with an OSSD may apply to the CAP program even though they may have ENG4E. All applicants are required to attend a pre-test and interview.

Centennial College: Academic Upgrading Program Centennial ACE Program

Toronto Youth Job Corps (T.Y.J.C.) TYJC is an employment program designed to connect youth to the work place through employment, school and/or training. We work with youth, between the ages of 16-29 who are out of school and out of JVS Jobs work, to develop important life and employment skills that will ensure future success. Youth aged 16-29 years at time of intake. Out of school and out of work. Complete or incomplete high school education No cost to participant. Service Canada in Partnership with the City of Toronto.

These are some of the possible programs available to TCDSB students or to mature students who may or may not have earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Please check the specific websites for details; in many cases, students who may have an OSSD, with workplace level courses, may qualify with entry tests.
