Zone A Other policies On-Site delivery: Policy: • Only full loads are eligible for on-site delivery. Orders of $0 to $20K = 7.5% of list price. The customer must fill out the following form: Orders of more than $20K = 6% of list price. On-Site delivery form On-Site shipping fees: Approved destinations: • Price quoted. Abbotsford Langley Additional costs: • Burnaby • Surrey • If the driver has to wait on the premises for more than two hours, you will be charged a fee of $100/hour. • Kelowna • • • • If the truck receives a ticket because 53’ trailers are forbidden on the premises, you will be charged the cost of the ticket. Zone B Delivery location criteria: • The site must be able to accommodate a 53’ trailer. Policy: • The site must have an unloading dock. (lift, dolly/truck, etc.) on hand for unloading. • The site must be open during normal office hours Approved destinations: (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Anywhere else in British Columbia. Order delays: • A fee of $250 per trailer per week will be charged for all Kelowna Vancouver orders held by Logiflex at the client’s request.
