Cunninghame Housing Association is committed to providing opportunities for tenants and residents to be involved and consulted about decisions that affect their homes, the services we provide and their communities. We want to encourage more of our tenants to be involved in improving our policies and services.
We believe that Tenant Participation is an essential part of delivering quality services and building great communities. It is a continuous process of sharing information and improving communication. Working in partnership with our tenants and resident’s groups and our Cunninghame Scrutiny Group (CSG) are two of the ways we aim to ‘make our communities better places’.
The Association currently supports seven active tenants and residents’ groups across a wide geographical area. Our CSG was established in 2015 and consists of up to 12 tenant and residents who independently review Cunninghame’s housing services to help continuous improvement.
