Attiq Ur Rehman Contracting Co. (AUR) is a Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Construction Company. AUR is one of the leading fast-growing companies operating in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

AUR was established in 2009, as temporary facilities & infrastructural contracting business. Over a short period of one decade, AUR has successfully diversified into other construction sectors & related support businesses and within a short span of 10 years we are the main contractor for the Saudi Arabia’s largest Sugar Refinery (Al-Reef Sugar Refinery) in Jizan. AUR is now considered to be one of Saudi Arabia's fastest growing and trustable construction company. We have all essential facilities available including furnished porta cabins for offices, meeting halls, consultant and client offices, , site stores, workshop, and all equipment. We are self-sufficient to establish our set-up with amazing short time frame. We are not only self-sufficient in mobilization rather we are market leaders and have highly trustable reputation among numerous International Companies to whom we have supported for their quick mobilization in Saudi Arabia.

The scope of Attiq Ur Rehman quality initiative is focused on demonstrating its capability as a Contractor and Developer Engineering, Procurement, Industrial Construction (Civil & Electromechanical), Project Management, General Civil Works, Aramco Specialized Camp and Office Facilitators and services as specified by the client, contractual requirements and regulatory requirements.

AUR has attained and sustained Quality Management System (QMS) leadership in all its major lines of its businesses through a systematic approach defined elements of ISO 9001:2015 management standard.

The QMS has been designed to prevent uncontrolled change; however, this QMS Manual and its supporting operating procedures should not be considered to be static references. On the basis of information generated by the QMS and objectives, the procedures should evolve, allowing the Company QMS policy to be implemented more effectively and efficiently, and hence continual improvement. Further, if beneficial to the Company, the scope of the system can be enlarged.

When we satisfy Client requirements, we achieve Quality.  When our product and services meet and satisfy the client’s contractual requirements and applicable regulatory standards for our Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities.  When we continuously meet time, cost, safety and environmental requirements.

Quality Management System DIRECTION:  Establishing policy and objectives  Ensuring provision of adequate resources  Reviewing effectiveness of processes and achievement of objectives  Facilitating improvement opportunities.

Quality Management is not a separate department which attempts to impose standards on the organization as most people believe. Quality Management System is depicting the systematic manner in which we manage our system and processes to lead and operate the company successfully.

QMS comprises of Quality Manual, Quality System, Quality Plans, Procedures, Inspection & Test Plans, Work Instructions and Method Statements, etc. and is a tool for planning, control and management of our organizational characteristics and their collective implementation in what we believe to be our “System of Best Practices”.

Quality does not describe the Management, but is itself the thing which is managed.

In other words “Quality Management System” can be defined as the managing structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes, and management of resources to implement the principle and action lines needed to achieve the quality objectives of the organizations”.

The success of this initiative is in the development (by Attiq Ur Rehman staff) of a defined corporate quality management system, its implementation and demonstration of compliance to internal and external auditors.

An independent accredited certification company is used to assess the compliance to ISO 9001:2015 for Project Management and Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities. The ISO 9001:2015 certificate is used to visibly promote the capabilities of the company with our current & potential clients and suppliers.

The QMS Manual describes the Company Quality Policy, Organization Structure and the policies & objectives against the elements of ISO 9001:2015 management standard. This shall be a controlled document for internal distribution.

The requirement of this manual is aimed at the prevention of management system failures and the maintenance of a system that provides the most effective and efficient means of achieving the QMS objectives, aligned with the business strategy.

AUR Management has contacts with most reputed firms / vendors not only in the Kingdom even outside the Kingdom with whom it has been dealing in the past for procurement of various materials and equipment for its projects.
