Some may question what will happen next, how did all of this fun and activity help create a faith filled experience and will it last? We may never know how long the effects of this event will last in the hearts of those who participated but a seed was planted and we know from scripture that small seed has tremendous power to grow and flourish. Please continue to pray for ALL our youth. The following are some thoughts that the teens expressed after the conference and the effect it had on them: I learned more about life in 4 days than I have in the past 15 years of my life. Equality, Patience, Kindness, Balance Self- Control and Love are just a few of the things we learned more about. Treat others how you want to be treated, not just when you feel like it, but all the time. We don't get to treat people poorly just because that's how they treated us, you show so much more strength when you're able to treat someone with kindness and gentleness even when all they have shown you hatred and hostility. Each day we wake up, God blesses us with another day. Another day to make a difference in the world and to spread love. It starts with us, the , to start making a difference in the world. — St. Cyprian NCYC Participant I've grown up going to church and participating in religious events and holidays but I never fully understood why. I've been struggling with my faith for about 6 years now and I've been trying so hard to find my way back to God but it wasn't until I went to NCYC and saw Scott M. Anthony that I saw Christ. It was like seeing the world completely anew. For the first time in nearly 7 years I knew that God is here for me and he wants nothing but the best for me. NCYC is life changing. You hear so many different stories and learn more about God and you can just feel everyone's love for God and each other. Any one that gets the opportunity to go needs to take it
