As we continue to receive manufacturer ordering deadlines for the 2019 model year, it is important to remember that all order cutoff dates are subject to change, sometimes without advance notice from the manufacturer. Please be aware that placing an order with a manufacturer on or before the scheduled cutoff date does not necessarily guarantee order fulfillment.

To help secure vehicles with preferred specifications, please submit your final orders as early as possible, or no later than 12:00PM two business days prior to the scheduled manufacturer cutoff date. Your ARI representative is on hand to assist you with your ordering needs.

For a full online schedule of manufacturer ordering deadlines and production dates, please visit the ARI website at http://www.arifleet.com click on the Resources tab and look for the Build-out / Start-up Dates link on the right-hand side of the page. Or click here: http://www.arifleet.com/resources/manufacturing- updates/build-out-start-up-dates/.

For the 2019MY, VW has taken steps to create a specific fleet pool inventory to pull from to fulfill orders, with the goal of shortening the order to delivery timeline. Please see the below communication that was received from VW regarding this new program. Please let me know if you have any specific questions.

“We’ve chosen configurations of our most popular models in order to best serve customer needs. While it’s difficult to forecast the exact configurations that are ideal – we’ve done our best based upon historical ordering patterns for fleet. At this point, I’d say this program is our beta version as we work through the most ideal way to manage this new program.

The easiest method of requesting pool/pipeline inventory is no different than we’ve operated in the past. Utilize the attached request form (instructions included on top section that direct you to send the request to [email protected] and we will do our best to meet your request. If you and/or your customer are flexible on color combinations – that makes it even easier to do all we can to fulfill the request. If we don’t have something in our fleet pool inventory matching the request, we will then determine if anything is available to offer from our retail pipeline inventory. As we have for many years. While there is no guarantee we are able to fulfill requests from pool/pipeline inventory – we always make every effort possible to do so.

In addition, you may ask for a listing of the current inventory at any time. Please send your request in an email to [email protected] and we will provide the most up-to-date listing of the specific fleet pool inventory we’ve secured.

Please keep in mind that the Atlas and Passat are sourced out of Chattanooga which allows to ship to all 50 States and Puerto Rico. Our remaining carlines – Tiguan, Jetta, Golf Family (except e-Golf) and Beetle Family are all sourced from Mexico. These go to specific ports that service specific states.

Thank you for working with us as iron out this process. I’m confident this will prove to be beneficial to all in securing units quickly and exceeding expectations in the timeline of Order to Delivery for Volkswagen products.”
