Re: Re-opening - Status Update - City-Initiated St. Clair Avenue Studies OPAs 84 and 144 between Blackthorn Avenue/Spring Grove Avenue and Scarlett Road - Ontario Municipal Board Official Plan Amendment Appeals

Recommendation:

That Etobicoke York Community Council:

1. Re-open Item EY22.2, headed “Status Update - City-Initiated St. Clair Avenue Studies - OPAs 84 and 144 between Blackthorn Avenue/Spring Grove Avenue and Scarlett Road - Ontario Municipal Board Official Plan Amendment Appeals”, adopted by City Council on May 24, 2017 only as it pertains to the action taken by the Etobicoke York Community Council on May 24, 2017, in order to expand the members of the working group previously requested by the Etobicoke York Community Council.

2. That Etobicoke York Community Council request the Director, Community Planning, and Etobicoke York District to invite the following additional persons in the working group previously requested by the Etobicoke York Community Council:

- Joe Melo (Chair, Turnberry Residents' Association); - Sam DeCaria (i2 Development); - Louie Santaguida (Stanton Renaissance); - Steven Stark (Stark Auto Sales); - Tony Lima (Limen Group); - Robert Blazevski (Diamond Corp); - Adidharma Purnomoat (Greywood); - Zev Mandelbaum; - Anthony Martino; - a representative from the Stockyards Residents Association; - a representative from the Rockcliffe-Smythe NAP; and representatives from the Appellants are as follows: - Corsetti Meat Packers & Realties Ltd. and 1366686 Ontario Limited; - Maple Leaf Foods Inc.; - National Rubber Technologies Corporation;
