EUROPEAN YOUTH CUP Speed 2021 Bochum (GER) June 4th

ORGANIZATION

The EUROPEAN YOUTH CUP Speed 2021 in Bochum is organized by the Deutscher Alpenverein and the Regionalverband (RVR).

The EYC Speed is allocated by the IFSC in accordance with the IFSC general and Speed regulations and the European Youth Cup Speed rules.

TRAVELLING TO BOCHUM By car: The stadium is located in the north east of Bochum. Leave the A43 at „Bochumer Kreuz“ take the A40 in direction to „“ and exit the highway at „Stadion“. There are parking facilities available near the stadium. Please use Parking 3 – P3!

By train: From Bochum main station the public transport services U 308/316 will bring you to the „Vonovia Ruhrstadion.“ By plane: The lists of flights can be found on the Website https://www.dus.com/de-de or https://www.dortmund- airport.de/. From Düsseldorf or you could go by car or train to Bochum.

TEAM QUOTAS & RULES LICENSES: Only competitors and team officials holding a valid IFSC international license are allowed to register for the competition.

REGISTRATION OF TEAM OFFICIALS AND COMPETITORS 7.2.2 European member federations may register, within statutory deadlines, all their team officials who shall be granted free entry into the competition venue. These officials shall be registered via the IFSC website, must be in possession of a valid international licence and specifically nominated for one of the following roles: a) One (1) Head of Delegation; b) Three (3) coaches; c) Three (3) qualified medical or paramedical personnel.

TEAM QUOTA: 7.2.3 Member Federations may register as competitors: (a) Any current Youth European Champions (who shall be registered for the discipline in which they are champion), and in addition (b) Up to three (3) competitors for each Category in each relevant discipline; and (c) The Host Federation shall be entitled to register an additional two (2) competitors in each Category for each relevant discipline.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE Registration Deadline: 24 th of May 2021.

REGISTRATION FEES Euro 25,- for each competitor. Euro 25,- per competitor will be charged by IFSC Europe to the national federation. For the accreditation and registration it is necessary for all team managers, coaches and competitors to show the passports or ID-cards.

Covid-19 Regulations Please notice that all team members have to sign a declaration confirming to be healthy and free of symptoms of common colds and also have to bring a negative Covid-19 test. Furthermore every person has to wear a FFP2-mask on the venue. Details regarding all Covid-19 related measures (the isolation zone, warm-up, required test…) and specific travelling/parking information please see the Covid 19 regulations from the event organiser.
