In 1976 opened the first restaurant of the employer in Germany in Berlin. Today there are almost 700 restaurants in Germany. And every restaurant is very special, thanks to its staff, location and design.

Tasks: - The position of the shift manager is the first step of the management career ladder on which you can create performance, ambition and diligence all the way up. As a shift manager, you take over part tasks from the task area of the assistant and support him and the restaurant manager in the shift management. You lead (intermediate-) shifts in which you ensure the operational workflows.

Requirements: - You are friendly and customer oriented - You keep your head clear even in stressful situations - You may already have experience in similar activities and love the teamwork - You are responsible for personnel management and commercial responsibility in a restaurant

Frame conditions and benefits for employees:
