As a player I have been very fortunate to experience many different styles of the game and playing along side world class players, the game to me is part of life it has many things it can teach us Teamwork, Discipline, determination, and good sportsmanship these are things that can also help us in our day to day life. If I was to describe what the game of soccer means to me I always think back playing in the streets of Italy where we didn’t have goals or out of bounds, coaches or referees we just showed up to play for hours and it was fun, and that’s what the game should be fun.

Coaching Experience 25 years Started coaching with AYSO then moved over to club soccer in 1994, coached with USA soccer club and Hotspurs USA. Started coaching education-Diploma program in 1994, in 1999 was appointed Director of coaching for Alliance soccer club. My coaching philosophy for our player is that “As long as they give 100 percent to the sport, it doesn’t matter if they win or lose. My goal is to provide each of them with an opportunity to enrich their skills, and learn that with commitment and dedication you can succeed not only in soccer, but also in life in general. What they learn on the field they will put into practice as they continue through life.”
