MONSTERS OF ROCK REUNION CONCERT at ALBI STADIUM - SUMMER 2021

FINAL MAJOR CONCERT AT ALBI STADIUM – August 2021 • Opportunity for one of Spokane’s largest ever cultural events • Sequel to the 1988 Monsters of Rock concert which featured Van Halen, Metallica and Scorpions • Possibility of concert to be streamed worldwide

SCHEDULES • Concert to happen late August 2021 • Two-day event, possibly a single day (depending on artist confirmations) • Originally scheduled demolition of Albi Stadium in March to be delayed until after the concert o Costs for demolition/construction delays to be covered by Concert (Est up to $550,000) o Garco Construction has determined the updated condensed window for demo & construction of the new stadium after the concert is still a comfortable schedule allowing a full year.

EVENT DETAILS • SPSD would waive its policy of no alcohol served and consumed at the stadium for the event • SPSD to receive $1 for every ticket sold as rent. (Est $25,000-$50,000 depending on 1 or 2 days) $15,000 minimum • All infrastructure for concert to be brought in o Backstage trailers & tents o Electric generators o Stadium light augmentation o Stage / production / barricades o Concessions tents, trucks & equipment o Porta-johns o Box office equipment • SPSD to assist in the preparation of grounds in coordination with event presenter to facilitate an event of this magnitude • All labor to be contracted professional companies (no reliance on volunteers) o Security / ushers / stage & crowd control o Box office sellers o Traffic & parking . Spokane police . Flagger certified private security o Production & technical crew • Parking off site using public park ‘n rides all around Spokane utilizing City transit and shuttles, similar to Bloomsday and Hoopfest. • Event to take into account all relevant COVID protocols if applicable
