PIZZA Our dough is made from Caputo ‘00’ flour with our own beer in the mix then stretched to order resulting in a crisp pizza with an irresistible crust and a unique depth of flavour. We do offer non-gluten containing pizza bases as an alternative to our homemade bases, however please note that though these contain no gluten, they are prepared in the same oven, and as such, we can not guarantee that no gluten will be present in the finished dish. Like our beers, our pizza dough is made from scratch, in-house. Using high quality ingredients, our pizzaiolos have developed a dough recipe, using a little beer from our on-site brewery giving an unique flavour and texture. The result is a light, thin pizza base, perfect for slicing up and getting stuck into. Once pizzas are topped with an array of flavoursome toppings and vegetarian cheese, they are cooked in our cupola pizza oven. All our pizzas are made fresh to order, and are best enjoyed hot, so make sure you’re ready to pick it up!
