Notification of Appointment of Agent for the Service of Process in England

Telia Company AB (publ) hereby announces that, with effect from 5 May 2021, it has appointed Business Sweden – The Swedish Trade and Invest Council (Business Sweden) as its agent for the service of process in England. Business Sweden will act in that capacity in respect of, inter alia:

(1) any outstanding Notes issued under Telia Company AB (publ)’s (formerly TeliaSonera AB (publ)) Euro Medium Term Note Programme from time to time including, without limitation, any such Notes listed on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange or the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange; and

(2) the following securities which are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange:

(a) EUR 500,000,000 Subordinated Fixed Rate Reset 6.25 year Non-Call Capital Securities due 2081 (ISIN: XS2082429890);

(b) SEK 1,500,000,000 Subordinated Fixed Rate Reset 5.5 year Non-Call Capital Securities due 2077 (ISIN: XS1590778889);

(d) EUR 900,000,000 Subordinated Fixed Rate Reset 6 year Non-Call Capital Securities due 2078 (ISIN: XS1590787799).
