Design category with or without color will be accepted, but color must be done in advance. Two barbers will alternate on corresponding models for 30 minutes each. General Rules for Barber Competition 1. The competition is open to students and licensed hair professionals, both barbers and cosmetologists. 2. Each entrant must provide a live model—no mannequins. All competitors and models must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. 3. There will be a limit of 30 competitors for each competition. 4. PBA and Major League Barber reserve the right to cancel the competition if a minimum of 10 competitors is not met. 5. All competitors MUST check in at the registration area between 8am and 11am. Any competitors checking in after 11am will forfeit their place and paid entry fee. 6. All Participants (competitors and models) will be required to sign a release form. In doing so, the participants agree to abide by the final decision of the judges, as well as use of images for promotional purposes.

Qualifications: STUDENT: To qualify as a student, the competitor must be currently enrolled in a school on the day of the competition and show proof of enrollments. The competitor may NOT be currently licensed in any state or country. LICENSED PROFESSIONAL: To qualify as a licensed professional, the competitor must be currently licensed and show proof of licensure.
