STACFLOOR-EW2

Chemical Resistance List

STACFLOOR-EW2 is the universal Epoxy FLOOR, Water based and VOC-free, for the durable protection of con- crete floors and other constructions. It combines strong adhesion, high chemical resistance, outstanding abra- sion and impact resistance with adequate viscosity. STACFLOOR-EW2 is standard pigmented (Grey, Red, Green) and has a smooth satin-gloss finish. STACFLOOR-EW2 has drinking water and food certificates, is compliant to EN 1504-2: “Surface protection sys- tems for concrete”. STACFLOOR-EW2 is a 2-c water based system, VOC-free, based on specific aromatic epoxy resins and poly- amines, which react to form the epoxy system (see The story of E). It can be applied by brush, roll and spray, according multiple application methods: as coating, scattered and filled-scattered system.

Long-term chemical resistance test The test panels with the fully cured system were immersed into individual chemicals, at the stated concen- tration, for a continuous period of 21 days at 23°C. Afterwards, the panels were evaluated by visual inspec- tion.

Classification of the chemical resistance: A Resistant, no visual damage

B Resistant, little visual damage (discoloration)

C Resistant to spills and splashes NR Not recommended
